The lecture and workshop will be given by Susan McLelland Plaisated, Proprietress of Heart to Hearth Cookery. She is an expert in all aspects of colonial cooking from the 17th through the 19th century. Her cooking is done exactly the way it was done in colonial times.
The lecture is free. The Workshop will be limited to 40 people . Tickets for the workshop are $40.00/person.
Please register for the workshop. Tickets can be purchased at the door starting at 12:30pm on the day of the event, Saturday, November 15th.
