Please join us for an interesting and timely lecture about American Icon, Clara Barton. Clara taught here in Bordentown from 1852-1854 and established the first public school in New Jersey. The lecture will be given by our own Clara Barton, aka BHS Co-President and former Judge, Bonnie Goldman. Although Clara is known most as the founder of the American Red Cross, her other accomplishments are both astounding and inspiring. We know you will enjoy Bonnie's presentation. The lecture will be held at the Meeting House, 302 Farnsworth Ave. After the lecture the Clara Barton Schoolhouse will be open.
Purchases of any BHS promotional items will benefit our restoration efforts at the Clara Barton Historic Schoolhouse. We are asking for a minimum donation of $10/person for this event (payable at the door). The money raised will also go towards the restoration of the Schoolhouse. Please register for the lecture.
